Whistle Blower Policy
Procedures:
All individuals, including current and former employees, deployed candidates, their relatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders, have the right to blow the whistle.
Whistleblowers should report any illegal conduct, including theft, violence or threats of violence, damage to property, bribery, fraud, money laundering, financial irregularities, non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, or any detrimental actions taken against those making or planning to make disclosures.
Whistleblowers must have reasonable grounds to suspect reportable conduct based on objectively reasonable reasons for suspicion. Mere allegations without supporting information are unlikely to meet this standard.
Reports can be made through the hotline/helpline number or on the official website. They may also be directly submitted to the Executive Secretary.
When reporting, whistleblowers should provide details such as the date, time, and location of the incident, names of individuals involved, any relationships with those individuals, the nature of the concern, how they became aware of the issue, potential witnesses, and any supporting information.
Investigation:
All whistleblower reports will undergo a careful assessment to determine if an investigation is necessary. The outcomes of the investigation will be reported to the board responsible for fair business practices, which will review the results and decide on appropriate actions.
If required, a mediator may be appointed to facilitate communication between the investigation team and the whistleblower.
Investigations will adhere to a fair process, ensuring the investigation team remains impartial and neutral, with no vested interests beyond a fair and just outcome. Investigations will be conducted promptly and efficiently, taking into account the circumstances. The primary goal is to ascertain whether there is sufficient evidence to substantiate the reported matters.
Whistleblowers will receive feedback on the progress of the investigation, including expected timeframes.
Disclosures will be handled confidentially, and individuals accused of misconduct will be presumed innocent until the investigation determines otherwise. The purpose of the investigation is to establish the evidence supporting the reported matters.
